Fire & Brimstone began life many years ago when we started grilling gourmet burgers at street markets, farmers markets and music festivals across the UK. Since then we've travelled the country cooking, grilling and roasting at some incredible venues. We want to share our passion for flamed-grilled food and alfresco dining with you.
Our Owner, Paul, has a background in outside catering and event management. Starting out in Paris and the South of France, then returning to London to cater events at such prestigious venues as Buckingham Palace, 10 Downing Street, HMS Belfast, Cafe Royal. Paul brings his wealth of experience and knowhow to ensure your wedding or event is everything you want it to be.
Our experienced chefs have a passion for BBQ cooking and our ever-evolving menu is packed with bold flavours alongside classic BBQ must-haves.
We never forget that it is your event so we tailor make each menu to suit your individual tastes, creating a unique experience for you and your guests.
We cook using oil drum BBQs and roasters over charcoal. Our BBQing is done in the open air (weather permitting) so your guests can see the full spectacle of Fire & Brimstone!
